Job Overview

Granimals is seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our growing team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation. With a proven track record in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, you will contribute to solving complex problems and advancing our mission.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven initiatives.
  • Design and conduct experiments, A/B testing, and statistical analyses.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis.
  • Interpret and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through data visualization and reports.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
  • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Data Scientist role.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries.
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with big data technologies is a plus.
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics will be preferred
