Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Granimals, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service with a focus on those in the Physical Therapy and Fitness community. The ideal candidate will have a background in Physical Therapy or Fitness, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate empathy and patience in addressing customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to individuals in the Physical Therapy and Fitness sector.
  • Respond to customer queries and questions on social media channels such as Instagram, and Facebook etc. .
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Utilise your expertise in Physical Therapy or Fitness to guide customers in selecting products that meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Granimals products/services to effectively assist customers.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and Granimals offerings.
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes by providing valuable insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Marketing Business or relevant certification as a Fitness/S&C coach.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
  • Prior experience in Physical Therapy or related roles is preferred.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and communication tools.
