Job Overview

Granimals is in search of a dynamic and motivated Strategy and Growth Associate to contribute to our strategic initiatives and drive organizational growth. With a minimum of 1 year of experience, the ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing strategies to propel our mission forward.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and inputs for strategic planning.
  • Assist in the formulation of business plans, including market entry strategies and expansion plans.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support in the evaluation and implementation of partnerships and business development opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of strategy and growth processes
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a strategy, business development, or related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent research and market analysis capabilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Passion for contributing to organisational growth and success.
