Job Overview

As a Performance Marketer at Granimals, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and retention through strategic and data-driven digital marketing campaigns. Whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting your career with 0 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, you will be responsible for optimizing paid advertising efforts across various channels, including search, display, and social media. Your role involves utilizing analytics and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness, staying informed on industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Devise and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including search, display, and social media, to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and adjustments to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and manage relationships with advertising platforms and vendors to stay ahead in the evolving digital landscape.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketer with 0 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficient in utilising advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing is a plus.
