Job Overview

Granimals is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team. Whether you are a seasoned professional or have 1-5 years of experience, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the visual and interactive aspects of our digital experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, and showcase an impressive portfolio reflecting a range of design projects.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital interfaces.
Create user-centered designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to the table.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs accordingly.
Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
Maintain and update design assets and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Experience Design, Visual Design or a related field.
1-5 years of experience as a User Experience/Visual Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
Understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
